Where Do You Live?

Could the Smart car or hybrid can set the example to the van fraternity and steer it in a greener direction. The large majority of van drivers are part of an organised fleet or are sole-traders.

If these bigger companies operated a revolving policy and replaced a few vehicle at a time, they would be saving a lot of money. It would be prudent to distance ourselves from the old ways and begin embracing new technology and ways of thinking. The fuel bills generated by these companies must be alarmingly high. Switching to newer greener technology is likely to have a great impact on running the cost of businesses.

The reduction of cost is important for young businesses, who would be doing themselves a favour by adopting this option. However, if you are an existing sole trader it is understandable difficult to expect you to trade in your reliable gas-guzzler for an ‘experimental’ one that will run on vegetable oil. If it can possibly save you some much needed capital, and help to prolong the vital resources of the Earth, then it has to be sensible.

It wouldn’t be such a bad thing to drive one of these vehicles, and indeed you would be helping, which is what everyone has to do in the future. A total change in thinking is required globally, which is not impossible but is a mountain to climb. Before some real progress can be made, everyone will have to reject the old unsustainable methods which harm the environment.

In my opinion, cheap van leasing has been an option out there for many years now and can provide a much cheaper way to achieve what everyone wants. Whether or not Fiat van leasing and Iveco van leasing are going to be involved in the process remains to be seen, but if there is demand then they are sure to recognise this and follow the pattern!
